My workouts have been few and far between lately after a series of special events near home and travel to Richmond, Virginia for a few days of work. I finally got back to it today with a press focused total tension workout that took 32 minutes to complete. I am staying with the same weights and reps as the workout I completed on 20 September for three sessions. That means I will repeat this workout a third time, hopefully on Friday of this week. Then I will increase reps on part and weights on part for a new cycle.

I felt pretty good for a man who has been sitting a lot and not training for a week. The presses were relatively easy and the renegade rows felt much easier than during my previous session.
